1. Who is responsible

2. Information you choose to provide
The booking form asks for your name, contact number, preferred service, date and time, guest count and optional email or notes. Mobile requests also require a location. The feedback form asks for your name and experience, with an optional rating and visit type.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical history or other sensitive health information in these forms. Contact Tessa to ask how to discuss any health considerations privately.
3. What happens when you prepare a request
Preparing a booking or feedback message does not send it. When you choose Open WhatsApp, your entered details are included in a pre-filled message passed to WhatsApp. Press Send in WhatsApp to contact Tessa. WhatsApp is an external service operated by Meta; its own privacy policy and terms apply.
The first-visit offer form prepares an email request in your email app. It does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list. Send that email if you want Tessa to respond about the offer or updates.
The website forms have no submission endpoint or database. Form values are held in the current page; they are not saved by this website to browser storage. Your browser or device may independently retain form history.
4. Use and retention of messages
Tessa uses received messages to answer enquiries and arrange appointments. If you request updates, you can later ask her to stop them. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email can remain in those services, recipient accounts and backups. This website cannot automatically delete them after an appointment.
Contact Tessa about access, corrections, deletion or withdrawal of an updates request. She will handle the request according to applicable law and explain any records that need to be retained.
5. Hosting and external services
GoDaddy hosts this website. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, request times and technical logs to operate and secure the service. The website does not intentionally add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Its security policy restricts scripts and connections to this website, including blocking externally hosted monitoring scripts added to page responses.
Typography is served from this website. Maps, Facebook and WhatsApp links take you to external services only when you choose those links. Their own privacy practices apply. We do not sell your booking or feedback details.
6. Your questions and rights
Privacy rights and obligations depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of processing. This policy describes the website's actual contact flow and does not promise that every external service follows the same retention rules.
